About Us
  1. Showroom Visit:
    See products in our showroom. Meet with designer/owner, Tammy Gray, or installer/owner Francis Altilio.  Francis and his son Joseph are Certified CORIAN Fabricators.  Along with our Office Manager Kim Conley.

  2. Planning:
    We offer a planning/design service.
    Unlike many of our competitors, we do not charge for delivery.
    If you are remodeling, make an appointment for a consultation in your home.  If you are building, we can meet you in our showroom.

  3. Consultation:
    We discuss your needs and your desires.
    We offer quality products at competitive pricing.
    We take measurements of the space involved.
    We relate this room to the rest of the house, considering traffic flow and/or structural changes, suggesting possibilities for you.

  4. Design:
    We will prepare and present design options and evaluate them with you. The design package will include floor plans, material recommendations, and price quotations.

  5. Installation Options:
    We are fully insured, and can provide in-house experienced, skilled craftsmen, and can supervise and coordinate the job for you.  We also work with a select group of outside contractors that we have established a good working relationship with.

  6. Purchase Agreement:
    When decisions on design, materials and installation have been made, we fill out a purchase agreement. The approximate start date, materials selected, including model #'s, and installation are part of the agreement.

  7. Administration:
    We guarantee the "fit" of your design based on measurements we've made. We prepare detailed drawings and expedite ordering and scheduling of all materials.

  8. Preparation:
    We will notify you of delivery and/or job start date.

  9. Service:
    We warrant- Our installation for two years
    We recommend service personnel during and after the expiration of your warrantees.

  10. References:
    We can provide references of many satisfied customers on request.

    Our History:

    • 1989 - Opened 1st showroom on Walnut Street in Elmira.
    • 1994 - Moved showroom to Lake Road, Elmira Heights.
    • 2001 - Fire destroyed our showroom on Lake Road.
    • 2002 - Moved showroom back to Lake Road next to old location.
    • 2004 - 15th Anniversary.
      Closed showroom at Lake Road location.
      Opened 2,300 Sq. Ft. showroom on Chemung Street in Horseheads
