Shaker, cherry cabinets were chosen and accented with a forest green laminate countertop. The focal point in the kitchen is the sink area, where a cabinet with clipped comers creates a visual interest and complements the open wall cabinets on either side of the window. Using a drop in solid surface sink adds warm contrast to the kitchen. The use of cherry knobs for hardware complements the use of cherry wood edge on the countertops.
